To ensure that customers didn't miss out on celebratory/seasonal offers, and reward the regulars for their continued support.
We worked closely with the managers at both coffee houses in Liverpool, to provide some eyecatching and informative promotional posters, vouchers etc.
Both Starbucks have been hugely successful since thier openings, but promotions and incentives have help to increase awareness and turn more casual customers into regulars.
